 INTRODUCTION

If you are a homeowner, developer, contractor or sub contractor and you have a construction or building dispute then we offer fast and effective resolution

Adjudication and arbitration are two seperate methods of dispute resolution and are suitable for different types of disputes and circumstances. Follow the links for an overview on arbitration or frequently asked questions on arbitration, for an adjudication overview or frequently asked questions on adjudication. Or if you want a confidential discussion please contact me.

The purpose of alternative dispute resolution is to avoid court disputes and the large costs and time delays involved. Adjudication and Arbitration are private, confidential, speedier and more cost effective than resolution via  litigation.

Adjudication and arbitration can be successfully completed without engaging the services of lawyers, however we would advise that you seek  legal advice prior to commencement.

I have experience and knowledge of building disputes and training in dispute resolution procedures and can offer a speedy and cost effective resolution to your problems.

I have a legal, ethical and professional duty to remain neutral and impartial in your dispute
process.  I am willing and available to act as either adjudicator or arbitrator and will offer advice where applicable, provided it doesn't jeopardise my impartiality.

Construction dispute services also offers advocacy services.

To learn more about Adjudication, Arbitration or myself then use the links above or contact me on 027 222 0219.
