dispute resolution is to avoid court
disputes and the large costs and time delays involved. Adjudication and
Arbitration are private,
confidential, speedier and more cost effective than resolution
via litigation. Adjudication and arbitration can be successfully completed without engaging the services of lawyers, however we would advise that you seek legal advice prior to commencement. I have experience and knowledge of building disputes and training in dispute resolution procedures and can offer a speedy and cost effective resolution to your problems. I have a legal, ethical and professional duty to remain neutral and impartial in your dispute process. I am willing and available to act as either adjudicator or arbitrator and will offer advice where applicable, provided it doesn't jeopardise my impartiality.
